Battle at Burke Farm

And again the Battle at Burke was a great success and a HOT race. Thanks for coming. Pictures and results are here! Our next event is September 11th - the 2nd F.O.R.D. duathlon. We're taking a little summer break, so see you out there next time!

RareCrossfit 5 Miler

The first annual RARE Crossfit 5 miler was also a success. Adam Eidson and his team put on a great event. One hundred racers put forth a phenomenal effort to finish the strenuous 5 mile "running" challenge. Check out the RARE site for results and photos by Backlight Photography.

FOR 5 Mile Trail Run

Not many people, but a great time. The course was perfect and challenging for everyone!! Results and Pictures are up (thanks to Jesse from Backlight Photography). Spread the good word and I hope to see you at the Crossfit 5 Miler on July 18th.

R.A.T. Race ~ June 12, 2010

Sunday's Rappahannock Adventure Triathlon was a big success and a lot of fun for racers, volunteers, and spectators alike. Thank goodness for the Rappahannock river after a hot race like that. Everyone enjoyed cooling down in the water post race. A big "Thank You" to Jesse Peters from Backlight photography. Lots of amazing shots from last weekend's RAT Race. Have a look and make Jesse happy by buying some of his work (remember - FATHER'S DAY is right around the corner =)) Results are up, congratulations to all racers on a tough race!!
